1. Introduction
Welcome to Sheetal Tours & Travels. By using our services (car rental, flight booking, hotel booking, tour packages), you agree to the following terms.
We collect personal details like your name, email address, and phone number etc. By sharing your information, you authorize Sheetal Tours & Travels to contact you via SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, Email, and other communication channels. This consent overrides any NDNC/DND registration as per TRAI regulations
2. Booking & Payments
- All bookings must be confirmed with advance payment.
- Remaining payment must be cleared before or during the service.
- Prices may vary based on availability, fuel cost, or seasonal demand.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation before 48 hours: 50% (after deductions).
- Cancellation within 24 hours: No refund.
- Refund timelines may take 5–10 working days.
4. Vehicle Usage (Car Rental)
- Customer must provide valid ID proof.
- Driver services (if included) will follow agreed timings.
- For local Extra hours/km will be charged additionally.
- For outstation duty after 12.00 am day will count next day
- Any damage caused by customer negligence will be chargeable.
5. Responsibilities
- We act as a service provider for travel arrangements.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party services (airlines, hotels, etc.).
6. Pricing & Changes
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Confirmed bookings will not be affected unless unavoidable circumstances occur.
7. Liability
- We are not liable for loss of personal belongings.
- Customers are responsible for their own travel documents and safety.
8. Governing Law
- If you choose to visit this website, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Policy. In addition to the foregoing, any disputes arising under this Policy shall be governed by the laws of India & courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
